Right of withdrawal or return is excluded.
Our scientific samples are excluded from return according to Section 312g (2) No. 2 BGB (German Civil Code). As these are goods that can quickly become unusable if the cold chain is not maintained, a return after the goods have been opened is excluded (materials requiring a continuous cold chain).
Quality Guarantee: Due to the strict requirements for maintaining the cold chain, returning or reusing the samples is not possible for quality assurance reasons. Please ensure that your order is correct before finalizing it.
